Judah and I had a hard time with the breastfeeding again this past weekend, so I’m thankful to have found a public health breastfeeding clinic that works out of the Sears at Limeridge Mall. They have a nursing room for shopping moms, and every afternoon between 1 and 4, two public health nurses are there for breastfeeding support. They also have a scale where you can weigh your baby when you come in
I took Judah there today, and they offered some helpful tips. Of course, he did much better there than he does at home. I think it’s because I’m more relaxed when I know someone’s there to help than when I’m at home, worried that I won’t be able to feed my boy.
